Celebrating Veterans Affairs Medical Centers with High RQI Enrollments

                 

The American Heart Association and RQI Partners would like to commend the below VA health facilities for their efforts and unwavering commitment in rolling out Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), the gold standard of resuscitation education, despite the national surge in COVID-19. These facilities significantly increased their RQI enrollments between October 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022 in their earnest pursuit to meet the new Joint Commission standards to improve patient safety and outcomes from sudden cardiac arrest.

  • Cincinnati VA Medical Center – Cincinnati, OH

  • Huntington VA Medical Center – Huntington, WV
  • James A. Haley Veterans Hospital – Tampa, FL
  • John J. Pershing VA Medical Center – Poplar Bluff, MO
  • Lieutenant Colonel Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center – Ann Arbor, MI
  • Martinsburg VA Medical Center – Martinsburg, WV
  • Miami VA Medical Center – Miami, FL
  • Mountain Home VA Medical Center – Mountain Home, TN
