How do I access the program?

RQI Partners customers are assigned dedicated login pages specific to each healthcare customer. For login questions, contact your internal RQI Administrator.

How do I access my eCard or eCredential?

A valid eCredential verifies the demonstrated competence of skills and knowledge and may be printed at any time. You can claim your two-year eCard when accessing the program. The date for the two-year eCard starts from the last date of demonstrated competency. You can print your eCard or scan a QR code to save it on a mobile device. For inquiries about eCards or eCredentials, contact RQI Customer Support at RQISupport@rqipartners.com or call 1-800-594-9935.

What is the difference between an eCard and the RQI eCredential?

RQI eCredentials validate that a learner successfully completed RQI 2025 quarterly training. eCredentials are valid until the next quarterly activity is due and refresh each time a learner:

  • Verifies skills competency at an RQI simulation station, and
  • Completes quarterly cognitive assessment activities.

What is the difference between Heartcode and Heartcode Complete?

There are two Heartcode programs that combine hands-on skills practice and testing with comprehensive online learning.

  • HeartCode eLearning: This self-directed online course includes a hands-on training portion at an AHA Training Center (sold separately).
  • Heart Code Complete: This self-directed eLearning course with a hands-on skills assessment at an RQI simulation station within your healthcare facility.
