By the Numbers: Elevating the Power of Nurses (Part 2)

Continuing our Nurses Month celebrations, we are excited to recognize the second group of RQI® Super User nominees.

The Power of RQI Super Users

The RQI® Community includes hospitals from all 50 states and 32 countries. Over the next two weeks, we’ll be recognizing a special group of RQI® Super User nurses from fourteen hospital systems across the United States and Canada. These nurses are part of the 3,000,000+ healthcare professionals who are enrolled in our programs who manage the 12,000+ RQI® Simulation Stations currently in use.

Our network of Super Users are integral in the success of our programs within hospitals. These nurses act as RQI advocates and understand the importance of consistent, high-quality CPR. They are committed to ensuring every enrolled staff member is confident in CPR skills and serve as a resource for colleagues in need of assistance. In fact, the support of our RQI Super Users has enabled our total learner population to perform an average of more than 955 million compressions and 168 million ventilations in a one-year period!

Meet Our RQI Super Users

Nominated by colleagues and leaders, these eleven RQI Super Users go above and beyond not only in their roles with our program, but are exceptional and dynamic nurses in their departments.

“Janeen is very knowledgeable in using the RQI platform and is widely known as the ‘go-to’ person at her campus as an RQI Super User. But she will also take time to meet colleagues who may work at another campus but live near hers and come to utilize that cart location. Janeen also chooses to give her time to help with the onboarding of new Residents and is invaluable during that time showing them how to navigate the platform as well as coaching and providing tips for success.”

She is able to easily identify colleagues who may be struggling with a skill and stops to provide assistance before continuing on her way. She not only ensures a positive start for our nurses, but also shows our colleagues that they have continued support throughout their journey here.”
