Responder was created to increase survival, it empowers the learner to take action during an emergency. Ancillary staff are often the first to witness a cardiac event in a hospital. RQI Responder features instructional design enhancements to improve educational outcomes such as low-dose high-frequency training, feedback and debriefing to improve learner performance, deliberate practice tailored to the learners needs and mastery learning.
