Read the Impact of RQI for NRP

Parkland Memorial was one of the initial “beta” sites when RQI for NRP launched in 2021. RQI for NRP is a low-dose, high-frequency and self-directed quarterly training method at the point-of-care.

Learners have access to an on-site simulation station dedicated to maintaining high-quality neonatal positive pressure ventilation skills. This simulation station, designed for neonates, provides a realistic environment for healthcare professionals to practice real-world neonatal resuscitations.

In this case study you will learn:

  • How adopting a digital, self-directed program compared to the traditional, instructor-led delivery format
  • How the program feedback and data analysis helped learners and administrators
  • Why the low-dose, high-frequency model helped providers achieve a higher level of skills mastery
